Previously, I used developers.href.com and Experts-Exchange. But later I found that groups.google.com is a great archive! Just type the correct keywords along with Delphi and you are likely to get the answer to your problem quicker than waiting on a newsgroup. Since discovering groups.google.com, I hardly ever asked a question in the newsgroup.

Good news! Developers.href.com seems to be revived with the address: http://www.tamaracka.com
