  Our policy for technical support

Many software companies charge for technical support. It's our policy not to charge for technical support. Support is FREE to the registered users for a period of two years from the date of their purchase. After two years, they can buy an yearly upgrade option at a "low" price to continue getting the support. In order to achieve this objective, we only provide technical support by email and through this web site. No phone support is provided. This eliminates the phone support cost and helps keep the products reasonably priced. The ultimate beneficiary is you, the customer!
